“Danielle’s program has changed my life. I don’t mean to sound cliche but it has. I feel reinvented and refreshed emotionally, mentally and physically since starting her program in June.
I have been weary of personal training programs due to a couple not so good experiences in the past. I was pushed too hard and held to a standard that was too high for my then current ability. Danielle has put all my fears to rest!! She pushes you to put in the work however she pays close attention, learns your current abilities and modifies the program accordingly. This does not mean that you don’t see or feel the results because you definitely do!! I saw incredible results in just 6 weeks.

“Let me first start by saying, Danielle is the absolute best! She was born to do this! She is attentive, caring and patient, and has such a sweet yet serious demeanor. You can tell it comes very natural to train others because she loves this lifestyle herself, but let’s be honest, her Zoom workout circuits are no joke, even for the 45 minutes it allows, they definitely leave me feeling so accomplished, drenched in sweat (I never ever sweat when I workout and some how she manages to make me look like I stood out in the rain), and lastly she gets all my endorphins pumping which end up leaving me in the greatest mood and best way to start my entire day! She lets you go at your own pace and you can follow her lead and each zoom workout is always different, she plays the best beats, and she is motivated and has the most well thought out circuits for each class. Booty Pump was literally genius and she has to trademark it as her own, Ab Burner has my abs feeling fired up right after. I never feel too sore after, just a day or so and I am good to go. And lastly I love how she will answer your questions if you are confused or need her to repeat a step. This is the BEST thing she ever thought of doing during quarantine. I really look forward to all her classes and she has the biggest heart. I am always ready for her next challenge as she is always throwing in new training tips! I encourage you to try at least one, you’ll be hooked!”
